Who will you sell to? How can you reach them? Who could help you reach your goal? How long will it take? What pricing structure will you use? This is not just about what\u00a0we\u00a0want\u00a0the\u00a0digital product to do, but also refining who it will do it for.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This stage of the product design lifecycle is still fairly fluid though.\u00a0We\u00a0will be gathering information from\u00a0the\u00a0target\u00a0users and\u00a0analyzing it to define what kind of product they\u00a0actually want. Don\u2019t be surprised if this isn\u2019t exactly what you envisioned. Sometimes, customers want things that are different to the big vision. This is okay. Keep refining the concept until we have something that\u2019s as close as possible\u00a0to what we know people want or need.
