Product Development: Refreshed Web and Mobile Portal for Global Telecom
Decreased costs and increased conversions
In order to remain on top of current technology trends, global telecom giant Telefonica in Uruguay (also locally known as Movistar) needed a total makeover of its user web portal. They had determined that not only was a facelift necessary, but that there was major room for improvement if it was to stay relevant for its customers. This included a full-featured mobile arm to address user needs.
We joined them in this project to create a fully-functional, feature-rich web and mobile experience. Movistar saw instant results upon completion of the project: online use and transactions soared and customer experience and satisfaction improved, while their personnel costs decreased and retail store conversions increased.
